5 Day Mail Delivery?

Hi all! Quick news regarding a possible change in the postal service.

The recession took another victim today as the postal service looks to eliminate a day from their work week to cut deficits. The USPS ended the fiscal year -$2.8 billion in profits which can mostly be attributed to the increase in email and the decrease in mailing advertisements.

Canceling delivery on the lightest of days is thought to save between $1.9 and $3.5 billion. In order to do this, Congress has to remove the annual appropriation bill rider which requires 6 day delivery from the USPS. If it is passed, Saturday or Tuesday look like the top candidates to be cut from the team this year.
