Good morning everyone! It's another Monday...try to contain your joy. Anyways, here is today's Daily Briefing.
A poll released yesterday shows Congressman Charlie Dent with an 11% lead on challenger John Callahan.
In state-wide news, Gubernatorial candidates Dan Onorato and Tom Corbett discussed their jobs plans for WFMZ. WFMZ also runs a story on the practice of gerrymandering political districts - a little know process that occurs every ten years that can have massive implications on the political future of Pennsylvania. A new poll by the Wilkes-Barre Times Leader shows a closer result in the upcoming elections than other polls have shown, with Corbett up a mere 1% on Onorato and Pat Toomey holding a 4% lead on Joe Sestak. President Obama will actually be in Philadelphia today, raising money for Joe Sestak.
