Daily Briefing, 8/26/2011

Good morning everyone!  Here is today's Daily Briefing.

The latest projections have Hurricane Irene landing further west than previous anticipated, a change that could bring as between 4-10 inches of rain to the Valley by Sunday.  Lehigh County residents will not see a tax increase in 2012.  Lehigh Valley Hospital had the highest heart attack survival rate of all hospitals in Pennsylvania.  In Bethlehem, Mayor Callahan is fighting to close a fire station on Dewberry Avenue.

That's it for now...everyone stay safe this weekend!  We'll be back with more later.
