The latest projections have Hurricane Irene landing further west than previous anticipated, a change that could bring as between 4-10 inches of rain to the Valley by Sunday. Lehigh County residents will not see a tax increase in 2012. Lehigh Valley Hospital had the highest heart attack survival rate of all hospitals in Pennsylvania. In Bethlehem, Mayor Callahan is fighting to close a fire station on Dewberry Avenue.
