Daily Briefing, 9/19/2011

Good morning everyone!  I hope you had a great weekend.  Here is today's Daily Briefing.

In Allentown, the city is working on a Master Plan to redevelop the Lehigh River waterfront.  In national news, President Obama is set to unveil his deficit reduction plan today; the plan totals $3 billion, half of which will come from higher taxes on millionaires and billionaires, while the other half will come from spending cuts.  There are new reports that New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is seriously considering running from President.

Business Matters airs tonight at 8pm on WFMZ; the topic of today's show is whether or not liquor sales in Pennsylvania should be privatized.

That's it for now!  Have a great day and we'll see you later.
