Good morning everyone!  Here is today's Daily Briefing.

A Morning Call article reviews the efforts to revitalize the waterfront along the Lehigh in Allentown.  Lehigh County Commissioner Andy Roman is seeking to create term limits for Lehigh County elected officials.

In national news, Don't Ask, Don't Tell formally ended today, as gay and lesbian members of the military can now serve openly.  In worldwide news, Italy's credit rating was downgraded yesterday by S&P.  A new report shows that worldwide energy usage is expected to jump 53% by 2035.
