Good morning everyone!  Here is today's Daily Briefing.

Mayor Panto introduced his budget in Easton yesterday.  For the third straight year, the budget included no tax hike.  In Bethlehem, State Representative Joseph Brennan (D-133) applied for the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition, or ARD, for his DUI arrest.  In national news, in an interview yesterday, Vice President Joe Biden said that the economy now belonged to the Obama administration, not George W. Bush.  A new survey shows that 90% of Americans believe that economic conditions are still poor.  In international news, in a major development, Al Qaeda leader Anwar Awlaki has been killed in Yemen.

That's it for now!  We will not be back later today, so have a great weekend, and see you Monday!
