Yes, this is going to be one of those entries: the kind where we ask for an ever so brief amount of your time. We're conducting our annual membership survey. It's just five questions and we'd like to hear from you, so if you have a moment and you are a Chamber member, please let us know what you think of how we are serving you.
While we are at it, here's a question for you and your business: how often do you survey your customers? What information are you trying to get from them?
A few notes about our survey:
- It's brief - only five questions. When you ask someone to participate in a survey, you have to respect their time.
- The questions are broad - nothing too specific that will turn someone away.
- Their are optional sections where we ask someone to fill information in. We'll be coding this information later.
- It's anonymous - this gives people the option of being honest and critical, without worrying about if they will be judged for their opinions.
