Good morning everyone! Here is today's Daily Briefing.
The Easton Area School District has settled a racial bias lawsuit. In Whitehall, Township Commissioners are considering raising property taxes and income taxes. In Upper Nazareth, township officials have proposed an 83% tax hike. In the latest news at Penn State, contrary to coach Mike McQueary's claims, a police report was never filed by McQueary after he allegedly witnessed former coach Sandusky raping a ten year old boy. In national news, a new survey shows that Americans are expecting to work longer before retirement.
We have two Chamber events today: a Young Professional Council event on goal setting and an Easton Area Chamber of Commerce Sam's Club mixer.
And that's it for now. See you later today!
