Good morning everyone!  Here is today's Daily Briefing.

State Representative Joe Brennan (D-133) announced yesterday that he will petition the Commonwealth Court to have his name removed from the ballot after his arrest for DUI and assaulting his wife.  Lehigh County Commissioners approved a five-year, $50.2 million capital plan.

In national news, a new report notes that middle class America is seeing its income decline.  An analysis by the Congressional Budget Office notes that, barring any changes to tax hikes and sequestration that is set to start in 2013, the U.S. could find itself back in a recession.

We have two Chamber event's today: Party on the Deck in downtown Allentown and a ribbon cutting at the Moravian Historical Society.
