Daily Briefing, 9/5/2012

Good morning everyone!  Here is today's Daily Briefing.

In Allentown, seven firms were prequalified to move forward in the proposed water & sewer concession arrangement. In state-wide news, a new report notes that the Sandusky case has cost Penn State more than $17 million in directly related expenses so far. Michelle Obama spoke at the DNC yesterday, delivering a speech that focused on women's rights.  Automakers posted huge sales gains yesterday.  The national debt broke $16 million yesterday.
