Chamber Main Street Foundation Grants fund recent beautification projects

Laurie G. Hackett, Air Products, Chamber Foundation Chair

How lucky are we in to live in a community like the Lehigh Valley that is home to so many thriving towns and municipalities? The Chamber Main Street Foundation plays an important role in those unique communities by providing grants to help beautify areas to promote business and growth.

Projects that were recently completed because of our Grants program include Hamilton District green space beautification, Lehighton self-watering flower planters, Bangor benches, planters and new bike racks. In Alburtis there is new signage, West Easton received benches and bike racks, and the landscaping was completed in Bath’s Monocacy Creek Park. These are just a few of the projects that happen because of the support to the Chamber Main Street Foundation.

As we celebrate our 10th year, we hope your community will apply for a grant! Details are available by contacting Lorie Reinert at lorier@lehighvalleychamber.org.
